What is it for?
A dissolving film is a thin polymer strip carrying a measured load of active, designed to disintegrate on contact with moisture. The format exists because it removes reconstitution and measurement from the workflow entirely: each strip carries the same nominal content. That convenience is also the limitation — the dose per strip is fixed, so a design needing a concentration series is better served by a vial and a syringe.
