Terms of sale
Effective 10 September 2026. These terms govern every order placed with Pepstral Peptides. Placing an order confirms that you have read them and meet the eligibility conditions below.
1. Research use only
Every product sold by Pepstral Peptides ("Pepstral", "we") is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements or medical devices. They have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. They must not be administered to humans or animals in any form. By ordering, the buyer represents that the products will be used only by qualified personnel in a laboratory setting and only for research purposes.
2. Who may order
Orders are accepted from individuals aged 21 or over who represent a research institution, laboratory, company or independent research programme, and from institutions purchasing on their own account. We may request evidence of research use before accepting or shipping an order and may decline any order at our discretion. Orders placed by or on behalf of anyone under 21 are void.
3. Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. We may cancel an order before that point for any reason, including suspected non-research use, pricing errors or stock shortfalls, and will refund any amount paid in full. Product descriptions, purity figures and lot data on the site describe the current lot and change when the lot changes; the certificate of analysis for the lot you receive is the authoritative record.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable taxes, which are shown at checkout before payment. Promotional codes apply as stated on the offer and cannot be combined. Payment is due at the time of order unless a net-30 account has been approved for a verified institution. Wholesale terms are agreed in writing and take precedence over this section where they differ.
5. Shipping and risk
Shipping terms, cut-off times and carriers are set out on the shipping page, which forms part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to the buyer on delivery to the address given at checkout. Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.
6. Returns and replacements
Sealed, unopened vials may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, provided they have been stored as directed. Opened vials cannot be returned. If a product does not match its certificate of analysis, contact us with the lot number and the discrepancy; we will replace the lot or refund it at our cost, and we may ask for the vial back for testing.
7. Warranty and liability
We warrant that each product conforms to the specification on its certificate of analysis at the time of shipment. All other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from use of a product other than in-vitro laboratory research.
8. Buyer responsibilities
The buyer is responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to purchasing, importing, storing, handling and using the products in the buyer's jurisdiction, and for the safe handling of the products in accordance with good laboratory practice and the safety data available on request.
9. Intellectual property
The Pepstral name, logo, site content, certificates and illustrations are our property or used under licence. They may be reproduced for internal research documentation with attribution and may not be used commercially without written consent.
10. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE] without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute is subject to the courts of that state. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page on the date an order is placed.
