What is it for?
N-acetyl Semax amidate is Semax with both termini modified: acetylated at the N-terminus and amidated at the C-terminus. Both changes resist peptidase cleavage, and both alter the mass and charge relative to plain Semax, so the two should not be treated as interchangeable in a methods section. Supplied as 10 mg in 10 mL at 1 mg/mL, delivering a nominal 100 micrograms per actuation.
