Research Use Only Policy
Effective 2 November 2026. Everything Pepstral sells is supplied for in-vitro laboratory research. This page sets out what that means, who may buy, and what we will not do. It stands alongside the terms of sale, which govern the order itself.
What these products are
For research use only. Not for human consumption. Every product sold by Pepstral Peptides, a trade name of Pepstral LLC, is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. The products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements or medical devices. They have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and they must not be administered to humans or animals in any form.
Who may buy
Orders are accepted from individuals aged 21 or over who represent a research institution, laboratory, company or independent research programme, and from institutions purchasing on their own account. Every buyer confirms this at checkout before an order can be submitted, and the confirmation is recorded with the order. We may request evidence of research use before accepting or shipping an order, and we may decline any order at our discretion. Orders placed by or on behalf of anyone under 21 are void.
What we will not publish
This site publishes chemistry, handling and analytical guidance. It does not publish dosing, protocols or effects in humans, and it will not. Where published literature is described, it is attributed to the authors and identified as a statement about that work rather than about the material sold here. Where a compound is also the active ingredient of an approved medicine, that is stated as a matter of regulatory record, and the approved product is not the material sold here.
What we will not do
- Claim a purity we have not measured on the lot you receive.
- Describe dosing, protocols or effects in humans.
- Imply a lot has been certified when it has not. Where no certificate has been published for a line, its product page says so in place of a figure.
- Supply anything for administration to a person or an animal.
Handling and your obligations
Buyers are responsible for using the products only by qualified personnel in a laboratory setting, for the safe handling of the products in accordance with good laboratory practice, and for compliance with the laws that apply where they are. Products are supplied for the buyer's own research and are not for resale.
